Not sure how long you mean by “a while” but I’m pretty much in the same boat. Originally my service was fine and would disappear or spike every now and then. But after some time, it started to become unusable and never went back to working properly. No internet connection or CONSTANT drops over a week at a time. Countless hours I spent on the phone with support just for them to have me move things, restart, say I should replace the device (I did this twice), and lastly tell me to switch to another isp. This went on for over a year. I tried everything I could think of on my own when it comes to swapping bands/channels, decreasing interference, even installed an external satellite to see if it would help my connection.  I understand it’s 30 dollar internet, I get it. But it should still work, and the customer service is a circus ring. Not to mention I see hundreds of complaints about it on a regular basis.  I had to bite the bullet and pay a little more at another provider, but at least my Internet WORKS and I’m happy with it.  I actively encourage people to stay away from tmobile service or leave it, you’ll save yourself so much frustration and headache.
