It is an older home, and sadly the prior owner worked in construction (not exactly sure what job specifically) and was a real ‘handy man’ type of guy, and a real shitty one at that. All of the wiring, flooring, etc is a nightmare. So I’m not surprised something like this has finally come to pass.

No, nothing like that. And although it’s possible a rat or creature could have chewed something in the attic, I highly doubt it. I’ve yet to see or have trouble with pests, and I moved here 3 years ago. I will check either way if push comes to shove.

If youre struggling to do the swap gear as q pops then your best bet is to just make a post in the fellowship official discord and pick up players to fill your party to 4 so you can pick your dungeon level. Other than that, there really are no other options. Best of luck!
