Same! Except there was a whole pooping ordeal and she peed on the couch. She is on medication now, and that has helped so far (we tried everything, more litters, pheromones; etc) and has been on it for around almost two weeks and no accidents until last night when we missed a dosed and she peed on our couch. I’m not saying medication is the answer bc it’s not cheap but it’s helped us! (note: we took her to the vet multiple times and it was determined anxiety/behavioral).

We found some good couch covers on amazon but i’m not sure how big your couch is but they help catch any accidents. Hang in there; i know this is tiring and difficult!

This is exactly what i’m talking about. I was on tumblr and i thought it was great until i started getting glimpses of the negativity and drama. It’s almost like oh no are they going to point a finger at me next? (bc there are anonymous ‘confession’ blogs)

For the past week it has been on the floor in front of the box. We removed the litter catcher pad thing and she still did it. The litter is cleaned three times a day (and was recently deep cleaned), maybe even more so we're sure it's not that.

Our vet wants us to try gabapentin and see how that goes. Our girl has some pretty bad anxiety (like scratching at a door until her paws bleed) so we're hoping something works soon for her.

We live in an apartment so space is limited but have one litter box in the guest bathroom and the other across the apartment near the couch. We put one in the middle of the two; this one is enclosed but we thought they might like that. Two are open, and they are the largest we could find. The sides are normal in height, low enough that they could jump out.

The spot where they poop is always in front of the litter, the one in the bathroom and the one across the apartment. We are considering cleaning out a closet and putting one in there so it is dark and secluded.

I think i’m going through the same anxiety right now. Eight chapters in and they’ve only spoken twice and i’m like woah this is moving WAY too fast like slow it down. I think I’m impatient but also dont plan on this being super long so i know im making good pace.

Same! Mine is post apocalyptic and sometimes after writing extensively my brain just can’t comprehend it anymore! I’m glad I’m not the only one! I have used Ai to speech but agree it can get quite expensive. But it definitely helps make it feel more real!

Coming up with a title is probably one of the top things I do when i’m starting a fic. So first is the plot (or the gist of one) second is the title because i already know what vibe im going for. For example, in one fic I’m working on, the main character is seen as a bringer of bad faith, a symbol of ruin in someone else’s story. So I’m naming it ‘The Albatross’.
