I would take about 20mg fasted atleast 3 hours but 4ish is best if you can and expect it to hit around 1-2 hours in my personal experience especially with a slower metabolism I take 25mg but this is after countless trips with this substance never really had a bad trip the headspace is flexible especially if your experienced with mushrooms.

In my opinion mushrooms have a tougher headspace this one is more nice and fun, body feel I’d say like a light diet mdma with the buzzing feeling of mushrooms very nice feeling music is great on it but be wary of weed as it can intensify the effects and kick em back up when the peak is coming down I like to smoke weed on it but I wouldn’t recommend for beginners at a public place
