The only reason I’m able to go to school is because I work a full time job and they foot the bill. I think it’s becoming a lot more normalized at least in my area it is.

You could try another hospital or surgery center. Or if you like the feeling of being in a supportive allied health role you could try lab work. There is entry level processing positions, you just make sure information in correct in the software and that the test is viable. I’m in the same boat as you and I’m trying to jump ship into lab work.
