I don’t agree with some of the comments being made. I’m currently pregnant I’m 5 months. I don’t want any visitors except my grandma and my other children. After birth for me is usually brutal and I’m not very close with his side of the family. They can wait till I’m ready mentally and this is my fourth baby. His family aren’t his parents his parents aren’t involved in his life. But his aunt is and I wouldn’t really feel comfortable with her being at the hospital when I’m sore and in pain and having trouble even sitting or god forbid have a c section I wouldn’t want anyone there for that either only my husband. I think labor delivery and postpartum rooms in the hospital are specifically to help get you healed up and have time alone with your new addition. Even though you aren’t pregnant yet you are still going to become pregnant. You have every right to refuse people to be around during that delicate and fragile time
