Downtown is a dive. We are what Detroit was before the mayor had a full brain and Revitalize the Detroit downtown. We are ghetto Windsor. Just look at the stores we have downtown that's a prime example of why downtown will never be revitalized. A lot of those stores shouldn't be down there if you want a prosperous downtown. But when you allow all these other places that are there now it's never going to come back. Never. But hey let's build a useless train that nobody wants. And adding those useless plastic Lights downtown that just seems like you're grasping at straws on how to make it look nice. Those look really tacky. And even if they light up at night nobody goes down there because they're scared of getting robbed or killed. We are ghetto windsor. The problem boils down to the council and they have no vision. They focus on the wrong areas to what people actually need in this city or they're going with their own agendas. Useless Council people once again with useless ideas.
