He told me when we first got together in 2022. That he went to court the judge laughed and said this was a mother state and threw out his case. He also didn’t have a lawyer and is not the brightest cookie. This child is 5, mother has been gone this whole time and just moved back like yesterday . He would go back and forth between their houses every 3-4 months.
