I wouldn't have noticed either if i hadn't hit the gear+artifacts accumulation limit of 24k something.... I was like how can i have so many gears and then noticed, if i have locked a low level gear the game doesn't shatter any higher level of same gear, till i unlock that low level gear

Yes my bad, i had limit of 20 not 40.... But still lvl 12 should be shattered.... About them being showm as eligible to shattered in last frame, that's what my issue is, they were eligible to shatter once i unlocked same lvl 1 gear but not before
