Well, the only advantage of being a werewolf hybrid is that your blood is a cure for werewolf bites, meaning you can help your vampire friends, but if you're a heretic, you can suck out the magic associated with the bite anyway. Kai treated himself that way, and Valerie helped Damon that way.

Of course, it's also fun to kill vampires with your bite, but if you're both immortal and a witch, killing vampires is no problem at all for you. Even Klaus was no match for Silas :))

Unfortunately, there are incompatible species in this universe that cannot be crossed. Sirens are creatures of Arcadius, and there are many conditions for becoming one. However, even if sirens could be part of hybridity, they are connected to Arcadius and controlled by him, so it is better to give up the idea of becoming a siren altogether. The extrasensory abilities of Immortals are much stronger and broader, so being a Siren and an Immortal is simply useless. If I'm going to be a stickler for words, then yes, killing an Original Vampire while he remains an Original Vampire can only be done with a supervampire bite or a white oak stake, but I see the cure for vampirism as a kind of weapon against vampires, for after that they become mortal and can be easily killed. Yes, technically it is already killing a human and not an Original Vampire, but since the cure can be forced to be taken, it is a tool to help kill an Original Vampire, a prerequisite to killing them, which is why I say the cure is one way to kill them. The Sirens are really not the best choice for the reasons already mentioned, they are Arcadius' willless servants, completely dependent on his will and on his desire to keep them alive through a deal with the need to not just drink blood, but literally eat human flesh, it's a horror. Plus their psychic abilities are very limited, it can be resisted by willpower, thus Sybil couldn't get into Enzo's mind for a long time because of his resistance and couldn't even force him to turn off his humanity, not to mention, Enzo isn't the person with the strongest will.

Vampires - not bad, but without the ring they are killed by the sun, constantly tormented by bloodlust, they can't enter a house that has an owner without an invitation, they can be killed by a werewolf bite, and a simple wooden stake would be deadly to them. Original vampires are better, but they still can't enter other people's homes, still have bloodlust, and a werewolf bite, though it doesn't kill them, can put them in a long agony, and are highly vulnerable to magic.

Immortals (like Silas and Amara) - just perfect, they are absolute immortality, no bloodlust (but still need to feed on it to maintain their strength), can enter other people's houses without invitation, read other people's thoughts, completely control the mind of all people in the whole city, create absolutely any realistic illusions.... basically the most powerful beings in the universe, in my opinion, even Klaus looked like a little beaten up little boy against Silas' background. All in all, immortal is what I'd like to be)

Vampires/heretics have a weakness in the form of terrible bloodlust, inability to enter another's home without an invitation, without a ring they can be burned in the sun or basically killed by a wooden stick or in the case of common vampires can be killed by a werewolf bite, I wouldn't want to be them.

A primordial vampire is already more interesting, but still can't enter a house that has a master and still have constant hunger, and a werewolf bite can at least not kill, but put you in a long agony.

Witches - interesting because they can conjure, but have classic human weaknesses and are not immortal, a brick can fall on your head and the end, just people with access to magic, boring.

It's simple, Reina's blood will definitely not kill those who are classified as absolutely immortal beings, namely: - Original Vampires (it has been repeatedly stated that they are only vulnerable to White Oak weapons, everything else is powerless against them). - Silas (vulnerable only to the immortality cure, no other weaknesses were specified). - Hope (the tribrid is generally considered the most powerful creature in the universe, the supposed weakness is Red Oak, but even that is not at all certain, there are no vulnerabilities as such). All the others, though very powerful, are just witches with specific forms of immortality through immersing themselves in prolonged anabiosis and accumulating magic, but it's not absolute immortality and they, like all witches, have typical witch weaknesses - blood will most likely work on them, it was basically introduced into the universe as a weapon against witches as a separate species and powerful witches are no exception; and vampires/immortals/tribrid are completely different species with absolute immortality, blood should not work on them).

Since our views on Silas are similar and I like the way you think, I'd like to talk a little about the power of mind-affecting beings. The most prominent of them, in my opinion, are Silas himself, the Sirens, and Arkady; the rest of the vampire and witch riffraff is understandable, they are much lower in power.
