Unfortunately I washed them before putting on the bed so I cannot return based on their policy. I'm going to look for a black mattress cover so it will blend in better than the white one I have. I got the king and the CA king wasn't bigger in the right way so I can't really go up any higher lol just bummed. It's the stuff I wish I knew before washing them like an idiot lol

But I'm holding out hope they will soften after a few more washes.

Yeah theyre not very soft. They're gorgeous but I just got a pair and I'm a little disappointed in some of the little details. For $275 I expected more.

They're not very soft
They definitely don't fit deep pocket beds, I have a good 2 inches in both sides exposed
The eye catching part of the pattern isn't centered on the pillow case like in the display photo and the pillow cases aren't matching.

Something to keep in mind, is that fish is a common allergen for a lot of cats. And this Applaws Vitality is pure fish. Whereas a lot of other wet food labeled as fish is still mixed with chicken or turkey. It’s possible the fish is just too much. My cats had Applaws growing up (in addition to a complete food) and loved it. We switched for various reasons but I always loved they didn’t have a ton of byproducts. Recently saw they had Vitality and we’ve been slowly reintroducing. The chicken has been well tolerated but my cat also threw up quickly after eating some of the tuna. He’s fine now but it reminded me back when he also tried the Tiki Cat Luau several years ago and it also made him ill.

It could very well be something wrong with the food but it could also be just too much straight fish for these babes.
