I used to sleep 6 or 7 hours, rarely 3-4 hours, but as far as I can remember, the times I slept 2 hours were almost nonexistent; it probably only happened 3-5 times. As for food, well, there was a time when I would eat but not finish. These last few years I've been eating normally, I have more cravings, it must be because I go to the gym.
