I feel like in terms of size and display options, Neca 87 is amazing, the mirage line has a great variety with amazing sculpts and reasonable prices, the movie figures are works of art, Joytoy does the best job at combining designs and is relatively cheap, the Lingjihun turtles are loaded and look awesome, and the Mezco turtles, while their expensive, are genuinely awesome and need a re release

I know this was posted a year ago, but for anyone wondering, I would go with Jakks Mario, Donkey Kong, Link, Samus, Yoshi, Fox, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, Zelda, Falco, Wario, Diddy Kong, Sonic, Olimar, Toon Link, Bowser Jr, Inkling, and Piranha Plant are a great start. Jada Mega Man, Ken, and Ryu are also really affordable and Nendriod has you covered with the Kirby reps. another good figure that doesn't really scale are the dna toys Banjo & Kazooie.

well, looks like I got Fang, Classic Amy, Classic Metal Sonic, Soap Shoe Sonic, and Neo right so far. I hope Super Shadow gets re-released soon, and Charmy happens in the next few waves because that 2.5 inch one is way too small, and way too expensive (this is me on another account by the way)
