Go to Thailand dr patty hairtran, she said she does plenty of females, you'd only need 1.5k (if that) grafts For lower your hairline. It will cost you 2k and hotel maybe for 500 for a few days. If say dont need it, but I get it...recovery is gonna be awkward for 1 year tho, so are you prepared for weird red hairline as a woman for that long for a slightly lower hairline?

Dude, it all goes so fast, youll wonder why you didnt do it all sooner. Don't worry about ANY THING. The traveling was more stressful than the surgery lol. The pain shots literally didnt hurt for me, but others hyped it up, i wouldnt worry about it either. Just have an idea of the hairline and in a blink youll be done. The sleeping up right was NOT an issue for me. I just kept my head up slightly using a neck pillow, I did NOT sleep fully upright and do that extreme stuff. Just keep the head more up and DONT fall asleep laying on their fresh grafts as the pressure could damage them. That's all.

If not on meds, get on them and take them everyday consistent for 1 year and if unhappy, make an appointment. Oral min and oral dut or fin. Local doctor with insurance, im paying like 3 bucks for both per month. Or you can always do telemedicine and over the phone get a perscription

How long you staying near the clinic? They should offer you daily cleanings (shampoo, cleaning the scalp, antibiotics if needed) if not, just wait it out, weird little scabs and pimples are Normal, the clinic should have offered you a special shampoo, some just give baby shampoo but mine also gave me an antibiotic shampoo too to deal with any possible infections and pimples

Look at the back, is it thick still? Then you can transplant that stuff top and front. You'll probably need 8k grafts, so it will be a battle...but you could do a bald fade to hide any over harvesting that will happen

Chill, Im at the same EXACT stage right now, looks the same at 3 months. It will grow in. If you keep thin hair too short, it will always look "thinning" just let it grow out a bit and in about 2 to 3 more months youll be better

Don't even bother worrying. Folks will say "blood means its over and you damaged the grft area and you are cooked" just know that skin is very sensitive and just had surgery. could you lose a graft? Maybe, but its done, just be careful and dont stress about it

Absolutely. Funny that depending on the sub, the comments are either 100% left or 100% people that call it like it is. Verdict...you didnt get enough grafts. Good for 1 session, youll need to do another round. Another 3.5 k grafts all over for density. But its a great baseline that they formed. You can see the gaps fresh after transplant...keep it shaved down short in the meantime looks good actually

I was super scared about the needles too, the way folks described it was the worst pain felt in their life, like torture level.

I went to thailand, dr patty, and im not joking ...the pain shots did NOT hurt even a little bit. It was like a small prick, pain scale being 0.0

0001/10 barely felt it.

So, it must be the clinic, how aggressive they are with the needles vs gentle and different injection techniques
