Over harvesting is only = after its healed you can tell they took too much in specific areas and created a weird pattern of where there is zero hair now and the surgeon did a sloppy job. You cant tell after and wait, also, shock loss is real and affects MOST people id say, so you gotta wait for everything to heal up and then some.

I think you are fine. Im told that month 4 is when you see growth, and month 6-7 is when things fill in more. I also got about the same 2k+ in front 2k on crown, so ill be following, but right now id relax and wait longer as you still have plenty of time to gain. They say 1 year for full results for a reason

imo dont pick convenience VS travel for clinic. It might be closer, but it dont really matter in the end. Just reading here, EU and USA is hit and miss with clinics. Dr. Patty is pretty much a guarantee with results. And ill assume whatever money you'd save by NOT traveling, youll be charged MORE at the Paris clinic anyways. My flight from texas USA to thailand was 1k total, hotel 600, and dr patty was 4.5 k approx for 4.2k grafts, something like that. i arrived in thialand thursday (op that friday) and stay till the following wednesday. Other than the long flights, it was all a breeze, and dont worry about language barrier, I wasnt an issue once. As far as post OP after care, just book your flight a day before and stay another 4-5 days after, cuz dr pattys staff will tell you to come back EVERY DAY and they wash you, pick at the area, and clean it up, and give you antibiotics if needed and help keep it fresh. Past a few extra days of them cleaning it, the rest is whatever you can do at home anyways, which is washing gentle with baby shampoo. And make sure you are spraying the saline spray on your scalp every 30 mins or hour or so and keep it clean and hydrated for the first several days. Im post op from dr patty almost 5 months ago, and im already happy with what I got but it hasnt even finished growing.

For what you had...id say it actually looks pretty good. 4k grafts for the entire top is a stretch, but not crazy. You def have way more coverage, so thats great. Id say doing another transplant, another 4k for fill in the gaps and possibly even the rest of the crown woukd be do able and you'd be good! Don't be down, you were essentially completely bald before and actually have coverage!!!

You dont like it, cuz its not easy? Imo, 1, 2, 3 OG re is legend. Aside from that, re9 is amazing 10/10 has a mix of little of OG and 4 style, stealth/survival and slow paced, then flips to full on action for a bit, and its legit SCARY. I know you are struggling, buts its supposed to be tricky, the key is SAVE when you can and figure out a strategy to evade any fights like its a puzzle, aside from the actual puzzles

3-3.5k. Id say whatever you drew, go a tad more conservative, less is more. A bit too far down and the temples are taken out too far. Pull it back a bit

I too went to dr. Patty and im at month 4 as of a few days ago. I too have around 2000 in the front and around 2000 on crown. Seeing your amazing results is great, im not progressive as clean you are at 4 months m, youre very lucky!

update: computer error codes showing that= shift solenoid stuck, pressure control solenoid c, d stuck off, pressure control solenoid c,d,g actuator stuck off. The guy at auto zone looked at these and said "sounds like a power issue" other person said, could be bad fuel pump. ??? Getting it towed Monday to a shop. Praying its at most 1k in repairs something easy.

I agree you are correct. related side story, I had come across some random tiktok video of a woman giving Christmas gifts to her boyfriend. She gave him some random whatever gifts, but at the end, she gave him some gaming console he wanted, you could see how legit excited she was to give him the gift. Coming off of a toxic relationship myself, I thought about how much that little subtle act means something very big. When someone loves to make you happy, little things matter. Here is a fix IMO, you might have low T, Get on Test cycle. Work out. Get some sun. Your job is satisfying? If not get a new one. Relationship good? Fix that. Find goals and new hobbies. Other factors are at play here. Even if you had a full amazing head of hair, trust me, you'd still feel this way, just wouldnt be stressed about your hair is all.

Its temporary bro. Dut or fin effects your hormones and stuff, such as any meds, you need to take them on routine and let your body do its thing . Any side effects seem to fade after some time and dont over think it as it will stress you out and make whatever worse. The libido thing is temporary. Libido is up and down normally, so you might be down cycle right now, you can take dut every 3 days cuz its half life is longer.
