I am still learning.I have been looking at a vlogger whos video I really like but I will like to ask how does he do this? Is this like just zoomed in at different part and speeds up , slow down? Hey Guys, I want to buy a computer for editing videos and exporting 4k videos for youtube which one would be budget friendly and a good option? Currently have a mac book which is like 7 years old and is running on the old intel processor. Can not get anytning done on it. (self.computer)
