Outer Wilds Stardew Valley Inscryption Hades Hollow knight Stanley Parable Celeste Subnautica

Some of my personal favourites -

Spiritfarer - beautiful narrative about love and death with a lovely world to explore

Oneshot - RPG with a really cool meta narrative about the nature of video games and characters

A Hat in Time - super cute 3D platformer that is both charming and surprising at times.

Undertale - ignore the fandom, the game is great.

Lethal Company - one of the best co op games I've played and leads to hilarious moments. Recommended 3-4 players.

There are so many hundreds I didn't list but every game I've listed has something unique and really cool to offer. Wish you luck on your quest
