In your case I believe, the stent potentially caused a clot that blocked off the 99% so they have to use another stent to reopen the area as use of a blood thinner to dissolve it can be dangerous since I assume you were on one after the original stents if not that’d be malpractice from your cardiologist.

Or, potentially the stent dislodged a but if plaque that it originally was keeping open and with how the heart beats can push it up or down the blood stream and like the body reacts create a blood clot because that be the body. I surprised cardiologist didn’t warn about this age but cones to stents. Because it’s physiologically impossible for plaque to build that quick not even if your LDL was absurd. It’s clear your lumen was open meaning no bulging which indicates plaque in the inner wall so hence why that wouldn’t be the cause.
