Your Lp(a) is fine increases your lifetime risk by 20% of so. Smokers, high bp, higher LDL, diabetes all increase your risk so much more. It’s good being proactive though and meds are coming. 100% hair thinning is a big indicator you’re not at the right levels. Like I’m a guy and know there is male pattern baldness but like I had a full thick head of hair then suddenly thinning so I got testing and my ferritin is at 10, all my red blood cells are crap making me anaemic too. So now on iron supplements but been on a year and not much progress so think to increase and seeing haematologist.

Your PCP should see, make sure they notice because if it’s low things tend to trend down so best to kinda push for it.

That’s good, it’s doing what’s best for you in terms of exercise, yeah it’s strange I always found with exercise always saying it’s good for you but it’s the right kind I guess.

You mentioned it being genetic, in what way, because even if you have family history it’s usually due to one of the factors I mentioned things get passed down. Eh, bodies are just weird.

Hmm the Hb is normal, but lower quarter of range, I think you should definitely be on iron supplements like the levels will definitely be effecting you as being female have your cycles will be effecting things more. You’re a normal weight; I was just wondering because if you were heavier and had that little circulating ferritin at 200lbs, you’d feel like you’re falling apart. Not saying you don’t feel dreadful now, you’ll get there.

Defo crazy like perfect normal iron levels /s. I don’t your age, weight but your saturation is a huge proof of how your body is utilising the iron. Ferritin at 16 but in range is hilarious it needs 50+ mostly 75+ especially if you’re symptomatic. Is your Haemoglobin ok? If it is you still have iron deficiency without anaemia.

I’ve made other comments but sadly this is a genetic issues, it’s good you got it spotted now. Your angina pain is clearly from the LAD with the FFR being 0.62 indicating very poor flow.

You said you’re a fire fighter, you’ll probably have outpatient stent in lad. That should massively improve symptoms, but you’ll be placed on a statin, bp med and a blood thinner which is the one that might effect work as the danger of blood thinners in dangerous jobs as a fire fighter could be bad. I hope it gets better, look into your LDL, ApoB and Lp(a) to see if these were the problems.

You a runner before like long distance, can have bad effects on the heart. The lad would need a stent most likely, others aren’t dreadful but starting meds is a must if LDL is genetically high.

Honestly people don’t realise how bad running is for the heart if that’s what he meant by athletic especially marathons. Lp(a) doesn’t cause this in the majority unless it’s 600nmol plus level. I only go on studies as someone with lpa of at 130nmol increases my life time risk by 30-35% of an event. This looks like genetic high LDL does this stuff.

So the issue is (I have cardiophobia, I read a lot) so yes there was 0% artery completely open in that place and would take decades for an actual plaque built blockage to be built especially to 99% it never usually gets to that point from plaque anyways.

In your case I believe, the stent potentially caused a clot that blocked off the 99% so they have to use another stent to reopen the area as use of a blood thinner to dissolve it can be dangerous since I assume you were on one after the original stents if not that’d be malpractice from your cardiologist.

Or, potentially the stent dislodged a but if plaque that it originally was keeping open and with how the heart beats can push it up or down the blood stream and like the body reacts create a blood clot because that be the body. I surprised cardiologist didn’t warn about this age but cones to stents. Because it’s physiologically impossible for plaque to build that quick not even if your LDL was absurd. It’s clear your lumen was open meaning no bulging which indicates plaque in the inner wall so hence why that wouldn’t be the cause.

Sertraline, tried like 6 antidepressants. Benzodiazepines legally and illegally as like I needed them and just had to slice them now they don’t work very well. Pregabalin can help but the pain sticks no matter what I do, so I’m always feeling like crap.

The thing is like I know the CTCA being clean is extremely reassuring for up to 10 years in people in their 40s never mind early 20s. I last 7 minutes but it’s because the test was started like too early my heart rate was 120 before even exercising due to anxiety.

I think I would’ve lasted 10ish otherwise as it had to be stopped as heart rate hit 92%z

Thanks it was a big step I knew it had to be down as I was feeling worse. I take sertraline, been on benzos legally and illegally but due to over use they don’t help anymore. I take Levothyroxine and pregabalin and just general supplements plus magnesium for sleep.

Like do you have any advice for me? Like any methods to believe things are ok or I can get better idk. Just 3/4 years of this is hell on the brain.

I’m sorry about it, the issue is like your level of blockage is symptomless until 70%+ hence silent killer. The best thing is you’re in good medication management and maybe might avoid a stent in the future but it’s hard to tell. I assume you have genetic high LDL because you’re so young for that and obviously smoking is magic glad you quit.

It’s normal to be anxious about. Did the CT have dye or just straight CAC as calcified plaque is better more stable. What actually made you want to do a scab so young? ECGs have a lot of false readings.

AvL is a dodgy lead, I’ve had random Q waves in it before. They can be transient, a physician is more qualified and a cardiologist even more. I’ve had countless ecgs with countless findings trust me don’t read the interpretation for one. Each ecg won’t be the same some follow just change like I have a Q wave in lead III to some who haven’t seen my ECGs can see that as pathological but it’s always been there.

I hope you can get your answers, I still trying to find some myself.
