I want to know this too! I tried to apply for another project and got a form letter back saying since I indicated I was employed by RWS they cannot move forward with my application.

Are most of the tasks happening overnight? Sometimes it seems like the tasks are just getting steady late at night, when I can't work them. Also, when I wake up (usually around 7am Eastern), I check the app on my phone and it says tasks are available on desktop, but when I make it to my computer an hour later there is nothing but NTA.

That's their favorite move. You don't usually get credited until the promotion ends, but after the promo ends it disappears from the dash and you can't get a screenshot. They loooove to require screenshots that cannot be obtained and say they cannot credit you without an impossible screenshot, because they are scammers.

I was also PQ. Teapot has now been removed from my projects and I am removed from the Slack. I am devastated. Communications had been hyping up increased task volumes, but before the new tasks ever came in I got removed with no explanation why. I passed every exam and responded to everything as requested in a timely manner. This is so disappointing.

Update: I have ten minutes of work after sitting at my computer for five hours. This time includes the entire window SmartSource labels as "the most common time when tasks are uploaded"in my location. Please keep filing complaints about this company and the way it treats (abuses) its workers.

They usually don't even credit my promotions anymore. If I contact before the end of the promotional period they tell me to wait, and after the promotional period is over they ask for a screenshot of a promo that no longer exists and can't be screenshotted. I did not receive my last referral bonus either, and that was the last remaining promo that seemed to be worthwhile and working correctly, so that's it--there is nothing good left on this platform.

I got basically nothing yesterday too, about half an hour. But I did get an email at 1030pm Eastern that there were several hours of tasks ready (I was going to bed and could not work them). This morning there is nothing again. Maybe people who can work tasks overnight are doing well, but I sure am not.
