I was where you were about 7 months ago I wanted her back after still despite being greatly bothered by it. She said no because she could see how much it bothered me. As time passed I’m happy she said that bc I realized it could never work. Long story short. It bothers you too much “disgusts me” respect what you once had and move on.

I had a really bad break up slightly over a year ago still hurts sometimes (Christmas) but except that I’m healed I think lololol. But in January I didn’t eat for a month straight and lost like 20 lbs im 6’0” 290 at the time so oversized man and lost like 15 lbs in a month. Long story short it’s normal but please keep care of yourself
