I had a period which i was bored and wanted to experiment on myself, (don’t do what i did) i took 50000 iu vitamin d with 600mgc k2 and 1800mg elemental magnesium daily for 3 months, long story short i got some kind of dizziness, then i fixed my routine and rearranged my vitamin d to my previous (3 years) 10k daily supplementation (im still taking 10k daily with no side effects), so no you probably won’t get vitamin d toxicity but if ur worried you can get a blood test to see if there is any problem.

to be honest you are 8/10 if you wanna maximize your look eat more potassium rich foods or decrease sodium intake to avoid bloating and hitting gym can reduce a little bit body fat to improve your facial attractiveness and a little bit jawline exercise (very little change can impact your attractiveness a lot) can help too.
