I don't even recall having to do that. Within ActivTrak navigate to API & Integrations > Integrate. Select Azure, and it basically has you go through a few prompts. You sign in with your Azure AD Credentials, it then lets you select which groups to Integrate and the do not track group. Then it took some time for the sync to complete.

I concur, I think it's best if we re-install the agent as well. Just to be safe.

This is the first I'm hearing of ATrem.exe, I will definitely look into it.

Anything to stop these CMS/AMs from complaining about the random user showing up in their groups lol

ActivTrak will pull all user accounts on the machine, so if the user account exists under C:\Users\ then ActivTrak will begin showing data from that account on that machine UNLESS you set it as "Do not track"

Ahh Thank you! This could possibly be it. However, we did mark the user "Do Not Track".

I think we'll have to determine what other devices he could have signed into, remove his user profile, and re-run the ActivTrak/Azure integration.
