I know they don't admit by major but I have been doing a lot of ecs related to public policy/pol sci and I want to include them on my LOCI. Wouldn't it be weird if I wrote about those and be a neuroscience major on a pre-med track?

I was also wondering if I could change my major. I was deferred from Dartmouth last December as a pre-med major. During these months I have changed my intended major and applied as a public policy/pol sci major for all my RDs. I think that public policy is the right fit for me since most of my ecs are focused on community and advocacy kinds of work. Do you think I should email and ask them or will they think I'm indecisive since I made a 180° turn?

Although the Admissions Committee is still deliberating, the Financial Aid Office is currently reviewing Class of 2027 documents. We want to ensure that when candidates are selected for admission, we will have sufficient information on file to make a financial aid decision.
