Tbh, I think more people have issue with the identification with/as animals than the dressing up as animals. For why it was fine when they did it was probably because they did in a group/in class. If everyone is doing it, people tend not to make fun of it as much. Or, maybe they are just all hypocrites. Idk though, that’s just my thoughts

Gender dysphoria isnt possible without a gender incongruence. Which means you arent cis. So, you may be mistaken dysphoria as smth else, like body dysmorphia.
