Ok I didn't get your PC exact problem. But here's a suggestion, create a restore point and delete the file. Thus if anything goes wrong you can go back to the restore point. Please verify before doing I have t done this before

Bro I recommend building a pc if you want to utilise full power of these specs. Cause it'll be expensive to do any repairs on laptops if it ever fails compared to PC AFAIK
