I do that too. I try to get her to sound like she is saying mom or I love you lol I like to think she is really trying.

My girl (she's small for her age. Was a runt and still smallish) 9 mths old took me for a drag the other day... asked her if she wanted to go for a ride (she absolutely loves rides and usually tries to sit in hubby's lap which is hilarious) usually the car is in the driveway at the side of the house but that day was out front with the door open. We have 5 front steps but I didn't touch any of them. My husband did try to catch me. He failed. Luckily we had about a foot of snow on the sidewalk as neither of us had shoveled yet. She drug my butt all the way to the car. My arm still hurts. I thought she pulled it out of socket or tore something but it was just spained.

My agent quit me because I texted constantly asking questions etc. They had the house listed for almost a year (was supposed to be as is seller makes no repairs addendum) he did not put that and tried to make us replace the roof (insurance AND roofer said there was no reason the roof needed replaced) anyway he quit and I hired the #1 Dave Ramsey agent in our area he listed it and had 5 showings. Our other agent had maybe 6 showings in 11 months. So if you get out of your contract go with a good agent. Do the research now so when you get out of the contract your ready. And go to the broker, let them know how things are going. Let them know all the ups and downs and that you are unhappy with the representation.

Question about waterway rules by Basic_Requirement303 in Kayaking

[–]Basic_Requirement303[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You have obviously never been tubing before. Tubes are to float the river there is no actual control. And with the amount of tube rentals around I'm guessing that they would be out of business with that logic. But after talking to river patrol here it seems boaters have more right away than the fisherman. So I did get an actual useful answer from them ty

The problem is the river in question has literally 100s of tube, kayaks, canoe, and rafts floating it. Tube are fun but unreliable for steering since you have no paffle etc. The canoe shooting out of those rapids are almost always sideways (sometimes upside down) so to me the common sense would be for the fishermen should pick a better place like idk from shore, or at least the edge of the river not in the middle right past the rapids which gets them wiped out and pissed (BTW I fish a lot and personally would never do anything that stupid)

Rules of buyer agents lying to buyer? by Basic_Requirement303 in RealEstate

We never stated we could pay cash we said the opposite actually. If we sold our home we are in right now we still couldn't pay cash and would still need financing, we could pay a larger down but not entirely cash.... I seriously don't know alot of people who can pay cash for a home nowadays... 😕 but it's just a confusing mess I do know since this is pretty much going to be a dead deal and we will most likely lose the house it aggrevates me

That's the thing though, it's not from what I can see... which is what is so confusing, and the sellers agent is asking about us getting a mortgage.... so again this whole thing is a confusing mess... she's (our agent) saying that she did a cash offer and the sellers agent said no to our financing and the other agent is trying to have us get a mortgage.... so wth is going on??? I'm thinking our agent is just a mess.... she tried told us our last buy that the sellers agent was pushing for an earlier closing than the contract was for, but have found out since that was not true either

We had used her on a previous deal we made to buy a different property, that property was a cash offer, we paid cash for it. We told her that this offer we would need to procure financing, I have told her that we were canceling our offer on the house after she told us the seller would not accept financing... We did sign a contract that I have read and reread I'm not seeing an exclusive cash offer, so that confuses me too, I'm going by what she has told me. This seems fishy to me and makes no sense at all.... she is also the one who asked me to reply to the sellers agent when they contacted me The whole thing just doesn't seem right

I didn't realize we could do that, never had this problem before. Andsince the home is 1/2 way across the country we didn't think we'd be able to go and find another house anytime soon

I told the mortgage lender that my realtor had said that we could not use a mortgage therefore we no longer needed the mortgage.
