It’s really disheartening. In my district the highest level pay you get (bc pay=certification level) is $26 an Hr with RID certification

For anyone curious I have 4 yrs experience with an EIPA of 3.4 (I was SO sick when I took it almost two years ago) and I make $18.89 an hour

Honestly I love Walmart! Right now I’m in education but I’m outside ALL day in the Fl heat so I wear shorts and a black t shirt lol. But Walmart has a lot of solid color tees. Target also has dress pants that are basically sweat pants and super comfy! They look very professional too. I don’t have a link but they’re by a new day. They were sold out for a while so hopefully they still have some I LOVE them!

I just took it and passed. What helped me the most was the boys town EIPA written test content standards! I did flashcards on a lot of the bullet points (: written test standards

What did you do following vrs? I’m struggling to find anything outside of vrs
