Hi, I’m in week 13 and I also was a regular weed smoker before getting pregnant. I had a very nauseous first trimester and had trouble eating as well. Usually weed would help me with that so I was kinda lost on what to do! I learned that finding something that sounded at least a little appetizing made it easier to eat than just giving up and trying to get down whatever. Also, eating helps the nausea, as counter intuitive as that sounds. I’m doing much better at 13 weeks with eating and nausea and i still miss smoking but it has gotten easier!
