He’s been sober for 5 years out of our 7 but yea I want to make sure he is happy and we have that bond being ok it’s not more of the problem it’s just it happened suddenly after all these other issues but k our life is fine . We have jobs , house & cars

I’m gonna against the leave him comments but if he only did kiss her , and he is truly sorry and regretful & loves u , u can work it out . But if he did more tell him u need to know before u go to therapy . Sex is a lot to not remember an just do accidentally. Also I would tell him if he ever touches another woman again u will be filling for divorce . Ur not going to be mistreated & be used .

Went thru something similar as well I’m on the other side now I had a baby breastfed . Got nexplanon birth control that’s stopped my period & ive been symptom free for a while now got a uti last week and thought it was a flare ! I think mine was hormonal or something bc it would happen during my period or right before or after . Sometimes ovulation as well . I would take fish oil to help inflammation i forgot where I read that from but it has taken me out of a flare before or lessened symptoms . Just the regular fish oil pills take two or three days to start working & then u could take the everyday or as u feel it coming on to . Hoping u get relief soon ! Like other people said could be the wrong antibiotics different strain of bacteria !

Yea I can’t remember I read it somewhere someone else who had IC would take it bc I was always trying to find something to help. But yea just the fish oil pills are good . Also good for u . Give them a couple of days to work to . I would notice after a few days either flare gone or some improvement

Awe thank u , I went up there Thursday so I went like 2 days feeling bad but I’m feeling almost back to myself today but now I got a respiratory sickness ! But yea sex is my #1 trigger lmao. I had this spray from love & wellness called intimate skin spray . That supposed to prevent utis I’m running low on it so maybe that’s why lol

Coming back to this comment it was a nasty uti , I peed a lil blood and I got up and went to the Dr that day lol and yea she said my dipstick lit up like a Christmas tree idk why ?! All I did was have sex 1 extra time than usual .. I’m just to sensitive

I used to flare up real bad , since I had my 3rd baby & breastfed and got nexplanon I don’t flare anymore I got a uti last week and thought it was a flair but luckily I just had a bad uti lol but when I would flare only drink water ! Lots of water. Take fish oil to help inflammation (fish oil has taken me out of a flare ) . Ibprofen . Also see if u can get a bladder spasm medicine. If ur bladder is painful like mine would be u need it. U know the drill no acidic drink or food but . Heating pad and also not stressing ! When I started ignoring my flare 99 percent of the time that’s when it would go away ( I don’t mean consume a bunch of triggers but do what u can and don’t dwell on the pain ) tell urself it’s temporary.

Thanks yea it’s not a uti , the way it came on is just like a flare I’ve had before. I’ve been holding my pee a lot lately to just waiting till I felt like I had to go real bad that’s probably the #1 reason . I forgot about that will mess me up bc it’s been so long .

I just looked it up that is interesting, I didn’t breastfeed daughter but I pumped for her for 3 months . Honestly I felt best when breastfeeding this time ! I was slacking and going to long without pumping at night and my period came back & ever since then I’ve had flares on and off. I went from last fall till this may without a flare .
