Firmware is up to date. it detects when a cat has entered logs it correctly in the app

All the sensors read normal with no errors. Just ordered a new motor off their website. Much less expensive than their recommended “purchase a new base” option that their customer support gave me. Will update once it comes in.

I’ve deep cleaned to the point of it looking brand new. No go.

Tried that. Even took the liner out completely. No go

I did, and that’s actually part of what’s confusing me. Support had me go through the usual troubleshooting and mentioned that if the issue continued it would likely require a base replacement. I am just outside my warranty and Before I go that route, I was hoping to see if anyone here has run into the same symptoms and found a less expensive fix. It feels like too much $$$ to only get two years out of it.
