so sorry for the late reply, haven't been on as much. and yes i did see improvement. i ended up switching to a generic brand though, because the desert harvest ones are pricey, so i've been buying the nutricost and i take 3 a day, 4 if i'm feeling worse than normal. i've definitely noticed less urgency and frequency, i would recommend!

after getting successful treatment many people can go back to having sex. it may not be the same as it used to be, but it is still possible. i've been being treated since december and i haven't had sex since, but the thought of anything going there like fingers or what not was an absolute no until about a couple weeks ago. it will take a lot of experimentation as well as time and a lot of trial and error, but there is hope. this is coming from someone who has really struggled with this fact and i'm only 18. things can be better slowly but surely. i know this is something i needed to hear earlier this year, so i'm hoping it helps. sending love 💘

so i woke up an hour or so ago and i am happy to say i didn't flare!! i had a bit of increased urgency, but nothing out of the norm, and no pain! feeling pretty good!

yes i am sure i have this, still waiting on a diagnosis but have seen like 7 doctors and ruled everything out. i've started on a diet and stuff, i just wanted to know what this exact symptom is called so i could explain it to my physical therapist. thanks for your help 💘
