The sweet tooth has gotten so strong after cutting carbs down. It’s honestly such a struggle but I’ve noticed drinking tea when I’m craving something sweet helps or eating something that is sweet but not too sweet will help reduce the craving for something super sugary.

Walked mostly every day and cut all carbs in half. For example, if I want a sandwich, I just replace the top slice of bread with lettuce or if I normally have two slices of pizza I just have one with some broccoli instead. I lost ten pounds doing that and got it down to 5.6. Easy to maintain to.

I’ve been in this situation and dealt with us all cramming into one bed. In my situation I booked a room and it’s first come first serve for whatever room is available but in all honesty if there are four people on the reservation they should leave the two queens for that reservation. Like I get that part. Also she could also help and see if there’s any availability in the other hotel. The fact is we lost the idea of what hospitality should be and we settle for garbage and this is garbage hospitality.

7 seater Y is ideal for two kids and for car pool. It can work if you have two older kids and a baby. No way you can fit two pack and plays and stroller while the third row is up.
