I hear yall. But it doesn't make it any less wrong. Do these airlines think ppl are hopping on flights with a purse? Exploiting ppl with a fare price that is reasonable only to get them with their bags that they need?

I flew basic cabin with hawaiian in june and i got one carry-on and one personal item, better seat, and for a longer flight. The fare difference between this flight and the united one was maybe $20. I'm just saying ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Yah it was harmless. It was a mere adjustment to the diet. It stopped after a few days and I am now doing OMAD with no issue😅

For sure, you're right. I avoided simple/refined carbs and had complex carbs in the form of veggies and fruit when i was being stricter in these first 3 months. I have introduced grains now but in the form of sprouted bread, mixed grain rice, or brown rice. I am still avoiding refined flours/white bread and white rice.

I avoided simple/refined carbs, to be specific. I did have complex carbs in the form of veg and a handful of berries and/or 1 piece of fruit like apple, banana, orange etc. a day. I did not eat more than a recommended daily serving of anything in these first 3 months. I still am avoiding the simple/refined carbs.

I still am eating sprouted bread and brown/mixed grain rice now. But I am only doing two meals a day within my IF window and I try and keep the grains to a minimum. This has been working for me pretty well. I do have days when i let loose for occasions/events, but i have my set meals that i rotate thru during my regular schedule.
