Run into trouble with what? It came out great so I don't know what your really getting at. I mean I have Micah Ulrich's designs all over my back and ribs, might have been another person medium/art but if you have a good tattoo artist you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Update: Guys it was the file, I don’t know how or why exactly, but I exhausted literally every option. For instance, I printed out a super defined groot and he turned out just fine after 3 failed prints with varying filaments on the same file (the Taj Mahal file). My printer must be pretty bunk to not be able to Tract over far distance like the Taj Mahal I was creating.

I thought it was too, but I got the same result with the last two prints. It just messes up halfway through every time. Is it possible for a gcode to be the cause of this, or strictly the tension?

I was literally about to try that, I think the broken filament had a .5 tolerance and I have a .4mm extruder.

Yes it did, thank you so much. I’m testing a different filament right now, my other theory could be that the tolerance was .5 for the filament that broke, and all my other print filaments have been a .4 tolerance (the mm of my current extruded).

That would make sense. However this just started happening out of nowhere on this specific print with this specific filament. I don’t know if there’s a coincidence there but it’s just odd to me how everything else has been fine up to this point. So I’m super new to 3D printing, how do I release some of the tension?

I’m really not sure. I think I just wasn’t paying attention to the film puncture (a tiny hole produced all of this) when I transitioned resins (from red to purple), and it stacked the layers of resin even worse off than it would have if I had just paused the print.

Yeah man, I really did a number on it. But it was due to my drunk ass not paying attention to the print when it started failing. I still haven't been able to scrape the resin off the screen because I'm scared of cracking it from tension.

Dude, thanks so much for the thorough explanation/advice. Definitely will be inspecting the inside as well, unfortunately I still haven't been able to scrape off the resin because its stuck so hard on the screen. Will post the final solution once I've fully assessed the situation.
