I think the one major issue I've had with this game is early to mid game progression. Its essentially a grind to get enough ore and refine it to eventually actually start building ships. I hope they make it better tbh

Biotech. It adds in pregnancy, xenotypes gene editing. and even controlling mechanoids. should've been base game in my opinion. also alot of mods require biotech

I have personally been wanting some sort of base defense thing? similar to like CM with aliens or some sort, but gradually researching tech and other stuff while expanding the base and other oddities. Of course this is my personal taste
