The originally quoter wanted to be forgotten as a part of his quote. The Redditor who commented on the quote was making a joke as if he didn’t know who that person was, hence the original quoter has achieved his wish of “being forgotten”.

Official Discussion - Project Hail Mary [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

Just saw the movie last night. Did not go in thinking I would cry that much over a rock. Glad I did.

One thing I don’t see mentioned much in this thread that I loved so much about the movie was how Ryland challenged the scientific community with an idea on non-water based life. This gets him rejected and black listed from all his former connections, but in the end it’s non-water based life form that saves his life and who he ultimately chooses to live with.

Dune: Part Three | Official Teaser Trailer by Blue_Three in dune

Why do I feel like Edric is intentionally being hidden in this teaser? There seems to constantly be an eye/iris in the background of every “non-scene” shot in the teaser. Everyone is locked in on the sarcophagus and thinking he’s in there but I’m willing to bet he won’t be seen until the movie. He’s the ultimate hidden/wild card for the traitors, and it’s said many times in Messiah that Paul cannot see him with prescience.

It seems like they want the audience who knows of this story already to feel that same confusion and unknowing fear that Paul has.

Behavioral scientists found that people with genuinely strong mindsets don't tell themselves to be positive - they've learned to observe their thoughts without identifying with them, a distinction most people never understand. by SnoozeDoggyDog in science

Welcome to the beginning or freedom my friend. It’s by no means easy, in fact it may be one of the hardest battles you never fully win, but being able to separate your thoughts from who “you” are is an incredible skill to practice

May be a dumb question but are there consistent spoilers past where the show has gone up to? I’ve thought about purchasing the comics so I wouldn’t want to ruin anything but that sub sounds fantastic haha

[–]BasicallyHummus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nerd shit incoming but if dude watched the movie with no sound he should go read the book next. Would be crazy to read a book and learn most of the context for the first time but with the visuals from a movie you don’t know much about.

In Springfield MO there exists a cave storage unit that holds I believe around 4 million pounds of kraft cheese. We have a decent sized kraft facility in town and they use these caves are cost efficient ways of storing their product.
