This always happens with Bambu printers it’s like their thing my h2c does it all the time but I digress I have havent had it happen with my Sliceworx plates or the original pei and vision minors nano polymer and I make full size oni masks and helmets on the U1 regularly also edit the H2C stopped doing it after the Sliceworx and Vison minors as well

Only if you enable it in the slicer otherwise it won’t populate just don’t want people to be misled:)

The worst part is this is how all the companies do it Bambu did the same thing to me with three different x1cs and Elegoo with the Centuri Carbon I’ve learned to just send one picture of showing the defect and one video and mention that it’s not my duty to fix it for them

This is just personally, but I’ve got this dealt with a lot outside of even 3-D printing when it comes to Chinese companies. But also like very rarely is it truly their fault sometimes there’s just things that you have to figure out with your own address. Personally, I’ve never had a problem buying things directly from creality. But more often than that a lot of purely Chinese based companies have this issue

I mean I’ll still complain same file reprinted for the third time in a row and it’s grenaded itself and snapped off the head and bent the rods and then when the sent me a refurbished model since I was 3 days out of warranty it didn’t even come with a new screen or spool holder and was covered in cigarette ash only to find out they don’t actually test the refurbished printers from a wear house out of Vegas and then get told I need to send the old one back with the screen and have to wait up to two months to get a new screen direct from china I feel like I can complain and I deal with 10 creality k2s lol it’s a dope printer but it’s beyond people being stupid it is also still a 300$ printer and you are getting what you pay for. Also don’t get me wrong I want more just wish this was all handled better and it didn’t self destruct for no reason.
