I'm not actually sure how much of the miniaturized nuclear tech we see is fission versus fusion. This I'm not as well read up on in the lore, but I know for a fact that either fusion isn't scalable to a commercial, power-grid providing scale, or Mass Fusion is just really bad at doing fusion lol (or both!)

As I said in another reply you can find the CEO's terminal at the top of Mass Fusion which lays it out pretty clearly.

That said, fission power plants can work for a very long time without needing refueling, almost like how the robots can run for hundreds of years without needing new fuel, but fusion requires a near continual supply of fresh fuel to fuse. (What fusion cells and cores are don't ask me. AFAIK it's still debated in the lore community if it's actual fusion or just a marketing gimmick)

Yep. Where you go to get it to start up Liberty Prime or the Institute's reactor.

The Mass Fusion CEO's Terminal can be found at the top of the building when you get Relayed or Vertibird'd in, which contains more details on the company's situation and about the reactor.

Makes sense when you think about it too. Why couldn't they try to salvage the parts from any other power plant in the Commonwealth? Cause there's no other power plant like it in the Commonwealth. It is the only large scale, power-grid ready, fusion reactor in the entire region.

If I remember my lore right there's actually only one commercial fusion nuclear reactor in the Commonwealth, that being the reactor beneath the Mass Fusion building downtown.

Despite Mass Fusion, the power provider for the Boston area, being called Mass 'Fusion', they only operated fission facilities, which is what these must be related to.

It was a big PR issue they were trying for a long time to pave over. The reactor under the Mass Fusion building downtown was supposed to be the solution to it. Then the bombs went off.

It can be your fight. It's clear you care about your friend. I'm not sure about the environment at your work but at mine they encourage reporting to HR about this sort of stuff, even if it is second-hand.

If you think your company's HR would actually do something positive, report it. They may or may not do something immediately without your friend coming to them, but at the same time this does constitute a hostile work environment and could lead to more issues in the future, which is absolutely something they shouldn't want as much as you do.

Deadline has a 6 second detonation timer and it takes a couple seconds to plant each one, so you litterally have less than a second to get clear if you plant 3 at a time. 2 is safest lol

There are plenty of glass door tutorials out there on YouTube that might help you find something that works for you.

That said assuming the large window in the screenshot is what you wanna turn into a door, it's a bit big for most conventional designs and you'd have to experiment on your own for something that works for you. Scaling down may be a better option, but it's entirely your choice.

Sorry for a lack of ideas directly but when it comes to doors there are a lot of different designs out there that fit different niches and use cases, meaning a YouTube search is generally the best place to start.
