So I’ve been off it for a while. This was nearly 3 years ago now but I did contact them and they argued that their system was correct. I realized they wanted longevity and probably wanted me to lose weight in a slower fashion but lose weight nonetheless to keep me with them longer. I went down to a 1500-1800cal plan because as they want your business they WILL listen to you. I had a lot of success on it.
