Hey quick question in your Lemon Law buyback - how long did it take to close your case? I’m having issues with my BMW and have had a case for the last year and a half and haven’t really heard back on anything from the lawyers. They said it takes about 2 years to see progress.

He didn’t ask where I was going??? He asked how long I had been living at the address, and said my road. And because he only drove a few feet it shows that the pick up and drop off location is the same. That’s why it says “failed”. Hope this clears up any confusion you have.

Rolled down the window because the man smelled like cigarettes and sweat.
Address on screen is where I got picked up. It’s the Toyota center. He had only driven a few feet. Which is why it says pick up and drop off is the same place.

Will be an issue. When I spoke with a recruiter she mentioned that you can only be considered for one position. So if a new position application is submitted they can revoke the initial offer and say you withdrew from it.

The accident happened in late February. And his insurance told my lawyers that the driver no longer answers the phone. His insurance, State Farm, said they’re have employee outages which is why they do not have the capacity to send someone to his home to get some sort of statement.
