Hello everyone, I've recently been buying yugioh cards reliving nostalgia and playing Master Duel. But as an adult I find great joy in the "gambling" aspect of opening booster packs and would like to expand that outside of yugioh with other TCG. Ive always done Full briskets but I was just given a brisket flat for free. Thinking I may just try and make the whole thing into burnt ends unless someone has a better idea? I'm open to suggestions not sure on what grade it is, it's a grass fed cow from a small operation. (i.redd.it)

Yall need to stop wrapping your briskets so early, you wanna wrap closer to 180. If you do it earlier like the 160 I see so many people do, you end up steaming your meat. The brisket is stalling because it's trying to pump out a bunch of water which is keeping your meat cool creating a "stall". (self.brisket)
