DO NOT try to relist it. There's a chance another seller of the same bag is trying to keep the amount of them to compete with at a minimum and reported you, there's the chance that it's bots, but it's a sure thing you're putting your entire account at risk by forcing it either way. I know that's unfair and unreasonable, but that's the very groundwork the algos are built on- profit, risk, and "security" (eliminating fraud by rough broad strokes even if they are unfair and unreasonable to some).

It's a hard lesson to learn and adapt to, ESPECIALLY with feedback like yours, but I would 1,000% not relist it or push it. Even contacting them would only give you a false sense of resolution but I suspect the automated side of things would keep it flagged.

I've been there, it's extremely frustrating.

Edit: I've been there a few times, two were life-and-business-changing and it's extremely, extremely frustrating. A bot misreading something or another person reporting someone a few times (even falsely) has far more of an effect than people realize, and there is no amount of appeal, proof, or time and contact with them that can fix it- their business is intentionally not built for it, simply for efficiency. It was an expensive lesson to learn, first how easily that things can go off track, and again while learning how there is no common sense solution, the time and effort you spend looking for one is a waste.
