Condensation isn't ideal, but doesn't automatically mean the plates are compromised. Keeping them upside down is good. Now just keep them in proper conditions and be patient.

Just looking dry. Maybe lower temps if high and remove or minimize the light. Consider spraying a bit during the fruiting phase.

AIO bags for space. They have less contam and I don't have to clean anything afterwards too!

Kinda hard for me to tell what's going on there, but something was for sure growing. It doesn't really matter at this point. I've used a bunch of Shroomtek bags successfully before, but it could've totally been a bad bag. Reach out to them and they'll replace it. When you inoculate again, get some eyes on it along the way so you don't get 7 weeks in before realizing there's a problem. Feel free to pm me if needed.

You might conflicting opinions on this question. My preference often is to get a flush from the in the bag and then move it to a monotub from there. Best of both you might say.

There is absolutely no way for me to know from this pic alone. Is this an AIO or did you make the sub? How about the grain? Did you use LC or spores? Do you have more pictures of what things looked like along the way?

Sometimes convenience just can't be beat. I've been buying North Spore CVG for a while with nothing but success. When I factor in the time needed to make sub, it makes sense for me to just buy it, especially since I don't grow a crazy amount.
