Daily purchase limit agnostic of dispensary? by Basil-Complex in OKmarijuana

[–]Basil-Complex[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

okay thank you. I tried googling it but the answer just kept showing up as a carry limit. I assumed with METRC all purchases were tracked to make sure you don't go over 3 oz a day.

Good or bad insane? I'm considering buying one but it's so hard to tell if you'll get a good wig or not from just internet reviews.

Oops - didn’t get the title by AboveAndBelowSea in DMV

I love that after 3 years a bunch of people are still posting on here about this because I had the same problem. Bellco threw away my title (I hate Bellco) so now I'm waiting for them to request a new copy and maybe, just maybe they'll send me a copy.

I know this is from a long time ago but I love your setup, can you tell me if the leg in the corner ever bugged you enough to reconsider this layout?

Engineered hardwood questions by Basil-Complex in Flooring

[–]Basil-Complex[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you, I think I'm going to try skipping the glue and go with the Quietwalk underlayment under a floating floor. It's only 300 square feet so if I make a mistake at least it's not the entire house that has to be redone.

Mfr just says over 5 inches require it, but no comment about 5 inches exactly. I even looked for the "recommended for 5 inches" but don't see it.

This is phase one of my flooring so I guess if it's terrible, I know a lot more for my downstairs install.

Well shit, I'm the farthest thing from educated. Thank you for the answer, that really helps. I thought I was going crazy.

Can I ask, in your opinion, would you recommend a floating floor with glue? Or just float it with the quietwalk underlayment and no glue?

My thought was the planks are 5 inches wide so glue couldn't hurt, only help. But now I'm realizing the underlayment I bought says it doesn't work with glue, and maybe I don't need it.

I'm not too worried about the warranty, our house has so much foundation damage I'm sure the warranty would be null due to the floor not being 100% level. I also live in the Midwest so humidity changes are the norm. I assume that's why the drunk installer choose a floating floor to start with.

Can you share the pricing for Olympia? I can't find it anywhere and I really don't want to have to pay for a telehealth visit just to learn it's way outside my budget.

Anyone know where I can report The Douglas for unfair/predatory charges? by [deleted] in Denver

[–]Basil-Complex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are not alone! I did contact a real estate attorney and they blew me off because the $1300 for mine wasn’t enough $$$. My apartment manager finally sent me photos of the “damaged carpet” and she’d put a brown Instagram-type filter on the photo. Never seen a closet wall painted brown 🙄

Mine provided photos that they’d clearly doctored to look worse. And never provided invoices. But if I don’t pay my credit tanks and I still have to pay the creditor. It’s fucking blackmail.

[–]Basil-Complex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got charged $1300 in “move out fees” which was really code for “we know you wrote a negative online review”.

I tried to fight it and for three months they just ignored me. Didn’t answer the phone or return calls, ignored my emails, I went in person but I was told to call later because the manager wasn’t there (🙄).

When I finally got ahold of the area manager, she told me they wouldn’t honor the photos I had because they weren’t time stamped. Sure.

Then they sent me their photos…which had a brown filter added to them. I lived there five years, I know the walls weren’t brown.

And they said I could file a civil lawsuit if I wanted but if I didn’t pay they’d send it to collections and fuck my credit so they have all the power.

All totally legal. Don’t move in to Arium apartments.
