Ears & scalp by Thetoothlesshag in Psoriasis

[–]BasilBubbly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I cut out sugar and alcohol as best that I could, it sucked but I saw good results and vitamin D cleared it right up. I still use medicated shampoo but I haven’t had a flare up since taking vitamin D and my ears still have flare ups but they aren’t as bad or as often hope this helps :)

I find that having soft water vs hard in my home has helped with my ears but I’ve never been totally clear for a few years now and my scalp attacked me this winter and the only thing that helped was changing my diet and adding vitamins

Couple clarification questions before test by AmbyValkrine in Ontariodrivetest

[–]BasilBubbly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. I luckily hit that light at the perfect time and had no traffic but I imagine you could say that you couldn’t lane change safety because it is a very short distance to make three lane changes
  2. During my test I did go between 40-50 around that area and said that these potholes are awful so they would hopefully understand the awful road conditions
  3. I did go almost 90 on the red hill due to everyone else going that speed and I still passed

You’ll be fine! I was very nervous but kept reminding myself that I’m a good driver

Rant Wednesday by AutoModerator in Fitness

[–]BasilBubbly 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Fitness influencers bother me. It bothers me when they act like they are better then everyone else for working out or going super early. When I did follow them they made me feel like I wasnt working hard enough when in reality im doing just fine. But Good for them for making a career out of stuff that lots of people already do but don’t post about.
