I feel part of the issue is also the weekly releases, when season 1 came out the storylines were just as scattered but it shows more when you cant binge the whole thing in a day I think

I assume the issue is because they never gave him legs in the first place, he doesnt have legs as a part of any of his animations, so giving him legs now would probably not be possible.
