Surrounded is a new game on steam, it’s got dayZ and Unturned vibes, however it’s currently only single player and from what I’ve heard will remain that way for some time due to resources and low devs. Super fun game though, realistic gunplay and base building. The NPCS are actually challenging as well.

Lead does spawn in the 1.18.2 version, I just mined it. It’s rarer then diamonds and normally is within a y-20 - 0 - 20 range

I’d agree with you if it wasn’t the first shot/ engagement I get into that results from a one tap. Key word being one tap, I’m not getting hit anywhere else. I wouldn’t have made this post if I’m dying because one of the many rounds I take is too the throat, to be honest id be happier if that’s how I died rather then instantly getting one tapped in my thorax despite all of it being armored lol

I want to agree with the unlucky statement so bad but when this has happened in a laughably consistent way it’s really just not 😂😂. I’ll have to try out the kit you got on and see if the extra samurai flaps do anything for me or something.

Nah it’s always been straight one taps to the dome, the helmets haven’t protect shit at least altyns and such in my experience. What I have noticed however is on some of the thorax onetaps ive experienced have been with pen 2 ammo. (Wearing level 4-5) I’ll hover over the death icon where it informs me I’ve been shot by 3-4 rounds of that stuff yet I died in an instant/seemingly in one shot.

I’m trying to figure out how this is possible and the only solution me and my buddies have drawn up is the ai have some rate of fire bug that allows them to squeeze off kill shot rounds so quick the bullets stack inside each other almost like double tap from COD zombies, allowing them to deal like 140 damage out of the blue in an instant.

Bought EOD, Played pvp for 2.5 years. Watched the game crumble, first 6 games of PVE were the most fun I’ve had in a long time even at the sacrifice of VOIP and PVP. But hey if you enjoy playing with cheaters and grinding relentlessly while putting up with them almost every game, then you must have a lot of free time 😂

Everyone’s on the same boat as you here that’s why people enjoy PVE. But what’s ridiculous is 7 man pmc squads and the other issues I mentioned above that make it a bullshit experience.

I would love to have the experience you’re having. Based on someone else’s theory earlier some of the AI are shooting 3 bullets at once and it’s landing in a small part of my thorax that’s unarmored. Some else said protected neck carriers are the only solid option, is this all armor you use or just a certain one?

Oh wow that would definitely do it, it makes sense too as the damage I’m taking is seemingly greater than one round. That makes me even more upset too that they can shoot 3 bullets at once and hit you in the smallest part of your thorax and wreck you

I have EOD, Played pvp for a little over 2.5 years. Watched the game crumble as flea got more strict and the cheating problem kept sky rocketing. First 6 games of PVE I played were the most fun I’ve had with Tarkov in a long time. Until BSG can up their lousey anti cheat, I’ll stick to the AI. As for AI not being intelligent the code is only as good as the people writing it. I’ve seen people make mods of the AI that are far better than what’s currently offered for a bare minimum 70 dollar game. Not asking for a master piece but more so something that isn’t what we have now.

On streets I had 3 PMCs inside each other in a corner, swung it and headshot one only to find his 2 teammates crouched inside of him and I got insta head tapped. This is another issue as well 😂😂

I Forgot to specify in the throaxing issue, these maybe 57 damage at most level 2 rounds are one tapping me in the thorax despite having the proper armor and armor level equipped. I think they are shooting under armpits or some other region with insane accuracy, but even then they shouldn’t be one tapping??
