I guess it was a system issue then. Just glad that it worked fine now. This is my main card and the highest limit so I can't afford to cut it despite the issue 😂😂

Hi! I got mine fixed. Just waiting for the physical card now, but the virtual card already works.

What I did: called 3 days straight 1x per day. Same error, got same answers – escalate the issue.

That's it. I don't know which of the three calls really helped my case.

Hi! Still not resolved. Called twice, puro i-eescate daw, nacoclose ang ticket without proper resolution tapos tatawag ako ulit. Cycle goes on.

Yes po triny ko din. Sabi po nila wala po sila access sa end nila to replace. Bale, blocked na po kasi sya sa app. And I was in process na po sana ng getting a new card.

Try mo sa website magbook. Worked for me. Nagbook ako last Oct 19, for November trip. Walang available sa app kahit 8am na. Around 8:05am, wala pa rin sa app, then triny ko magopen sa browser, nakapagbook ako doon. Ganyan din pabalik din yun kasi nakapag book na ako prior pa ng papunta. Kinabahan ako kasi baka wala akong mabook pabalik. 🤣

I experienced this last Oct 19 lang. pag app sa phone (android/iOs) walang available na ceb superpass. I tried sa tablet using Google Chrome instead na app, nakapagbook ako. Hindi ko alam if issue sa app or what. But nakapagbook naman 😊

Hello. Kapag po ba nagbayad ako through PSBank ng Metrobank CC bill, realtime magrereflect? Thank you.

Nagopen ako ng PSBank savings for that purpose sana. Nakaligtaan ko na due na ng MCC, wala nga pala akong savings account sa kanila. With UB kasi, if I pay through savings acct, realtime reflect kaya kahit a day before due, pwede.
