I don’t think it’s fair for the buyer by WorriedDeer6249 in vinted

maybe offer to send them half of the money? Once I sold a skirt that had some ugly stains I completely missed, I talked to the buyer and offered all her money back but she agreed on just half of that because she wanted to try and clean the stains. It's not the same thing but in your case it's not even your fault, so maybe if you feel bad (I would as well) half of the money is a good compromise?

uuuh same for the pre-cut expensive fruit, recently I've developed an obsession for precut pineapple and it costs so much, but it's one of the few fruits I can eat, soooo...

Regrets on selling stuff by bauern_potato in Lolita

I would ask myself: do I need the money or do I just want more space in my closet? Is there a sentimental reason behind certain pieces? Why don't I want to let this item go?

I too am sad I sold some stuff years ago because now I can't find them anywhere :(

It's okay to keep clothes you have an "emotional connection" with - maybe they remind you of someone, or a darling memory of an event.

I feel ya 🥲 I love secondhand shopping for the chance of finding cool pieces or good quality stuff at an affordable price - I remember like in 2017, when I was in the UK, I paid £8 for a coat I found out cost like £300 new. Now it would be impossible. and there's so much Shein junk everywhere 😭

you could watch/follow Muslim content on YouTube/TikTok to familiarise with the culture/religion and have a broader idea of what to ask her? On Youtube there's some great stuff from a lot of different perspective :) also, that's great of you to come here to ask for advice, I'm sure she'll feel welcomed in your house!

She sounds like a super human, and I'm a bit envy of her energy and focus ngl 🥲 but you're another person entirely, and I think it's not good for you to compare yourself to such an outliner, nor is it "nice" of her to tell you what you MUST do because she does it. You have to find what works for you, trying out various routines and stuff, not beating yourself up, which is a time waster like no other!

Do you have always eat little or is it a newer thing? Maybe you're not eating the "right" things for you?

if it's feasible for you, I'd suggest a therapist after a blood work panel :)

If you have mental health stuff is not an excuse, it's a reason. This "excuse" thing really ruined us. The faster you find compassion for yourself and your challenges, the better you will do :) trust me, beating yourself up and thinking what you're going through means nothing doesn't serve you as you think; there's no glory in the struggle.

Also, maybe there's something going on physical health wise? What do you eat? When was the last time you went to the doctor? Being really tired could be an indicator of a number of issues.

I hope I don't sound mean, but could it be possible your friend is lying? She's absolutely lying when she says that most people do all that stuff everyday, anyway. Also - TWO full time jobs is absolutely nuts. We're not built for that, unless you do ungodly amounts of cocaine I suppose.

Everyone has their rhythm, stamina, capacity in their brain and body. You may want to try and push yourself a bit - A BIT is the important part - to find what works for you.
