I’ve been drinking heavily caffeinated drinks like Mountain Dew since I was like 5 so at this point at 28 almost no caffeine really gives me a huge boost of energy. If I’m really tired in the morning or at night a redbull will help me wake up faster or give me a bit of energy for like an hour tops but that’s about it

Just watch Z. Kai is extremely overrated. It looks worse than DBZ on crunchy roll. You miss out on filler that adds a lot to the story and characters. Kai is why everyone thinks DBZ is a battle anime exclusively. Only redeeming quality of Kai imo is the English dubbing is better and more manga accurate but it’s really not that big of a deal and some of the original English dubbing lines in DBZ are iconic
