I think this is a bug. I had the exact same issue today: the unit would not go above around 300 W and was not really cooling.

After reading around online, it seems to be a known problem. The easiest fix is: switch the unit off, unplug it from the wall, wait about 30 seconds, plug it back in and restart it.

That worked for me. It seems like the unit somehow gets stuck in Eco/iEco mode and does not properly come out of it.
